All right. So I was just contemplating this one day when I was rereading the plot. Considering the plot of this site has loads to do with Muggles, or at least more than what other HP sites have to do with them anyway, I came up with this idea: We might as well just let new members create a character that's a Muggle and give them specific privilages like let them have wizard/witch friends.
But what do you think? If the answer is yes and if the majority of this site votes yes than a new character application will be made along with new boards and new sub-plots. If no, then nothing will change.[/size][/blockquote]
