Character's History
Sapphire was an excellent student when she was a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The teachers loved her and always bragged about how good of a student she was. Some of the children at the school were jealous of Sapphire. They used to tease her and call her names, behind her back and to her face.
But she didn't really care. All she cared about was school and pleasing her family. Her family pushed her to succeed and do well in school.
When she left Hogwarts, she didn't know what to do. She applied for a job at the Ministry of Magic, but she got denied. After that she worked as an employee at a shop in Diagon Alley for three years. Then she finally decided what she wanted to do. She applied for a teacher at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She was happily accepted. She was overjoyed. Sapphire loves to teach students and educate. She feels that she makes a huge difference in their lives everyday.
Character's Personality
Sapphire is a worry wart. She cannot stop worrying to save her life. She is also very quiet, she doesn't like talking with people that she hardly knows.
She is mostly happy and never sad. Although she has frequent mood swings, and has a short temper.
She tries to control her anger, and she does a fairly good job.
Her students seem to like her, but otherwise thinks she's bipolar.
She tries her hardest to educate and teach students.
She hates failure and works very hard to not fail. She eventually would like to become Ministress of Magic, or work at the Ministry doing something very important.
Character's Appearance
Sapphire always dyes her hair, so she never has "one" hair color. Her eyes are a deep creamy brown, which her long eyelashes compliment well.
Her skin is very pale, and she likes to keep it that way, by never staying outside too long and wearing sweatshirts and long sleeved shirts in the summer.
She's naturally skinny, and tall; 5'9 to be exact. Sapphire is self conscious about her height, she feels that she towers over everyone, and thinks of herself as a giant.
Her lips are thin and a soft pink color. Her nose is medium sized, and pointy.
She loves her eyebrows, which have a natural arch, so they always appear plucked, and not bushy.

Sapphire walked into her empty classroom. It was almost time to teach her students, and she couldn't wait. She has a spectacular lesson planned for today, about very useful charms, that could be used in everyday tasks.
She paced around the room, ocassionally checking her wrist watch. Sapphire eventually stopped pacing and went to go take a seat at her desk, to file papers. Paper after paper she filed. She didn't really pay attention to what she was filing, she just wanted to get it over and done with before class started.
Sapphire stopped filing once a few students started coming in and taking their seats. Since this was the first day of term, she glanced around the room anxiously to see who was going to be in her class this year, and to spot the ones who might be trouble-makers.
More students shuffled in. When everyone was in their seats. Sapphire got to her feet and walked to the front of the class. Smiling a cheerful smile, she said, "Good day everyone, i am Professor Barclay, your charms teacher for the remainder of the year, and what a brillant year this will be."
